This belief is rooted in my own journey. After facing major health obstacles that challenged both my body and mindset, I turned to these very tools—movement, nutrition, and discipline—to rebuild, recover, and thrive. Now, I use that experience to help others overcome their own challenges and live stronger, more balanced lives.
By offering expert personal training and coaching virtually, I make health convenient, flexible, and achievable—no matter where you are. Hi, I’m Dave — a personal trainer who turned a personal battle into a lifelong mission to help others thrive.
At 18, I was diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease. What followed were years of flare-ups, hospital stays, and heavy medications. But at 25, I made a bold choice — to go medication-free and take control of my health through lifestyle, movement, and mindset. That decision transformed not just my body, but my purpose.
My passion for fitness and wellness was born out of necessity, and it quickly became my career. I attended the National Personal Training Institute (NPTI), where I completed an intensive 6-month program blending classroom education with hands-on training. I went on to earn my certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and I’ve been training clients ever since.
Over the past decade, I’ve worked in both public and private gym settings, taught a wide range of group fitness classes, and trained high-level student athletes throughout Fairfield County. Since 2020, I’ve focused exclusively on private personal training — and now, I’m taking my mission online.
I believe in a functional training philosophy that emphasizes injury prevention, balance, and synergy in the body. My approach is shaped by real-life experience — and it’s grounded in the belief that health isn’t just about aesthetics, but about building a life that feels strong, sustainable, and full.
